Special topic exchange: engineering and technical data compilation, archiving, learning and exchange activities

On August 16, an exchange and learning activity on "Compilation and Archiving of Engineering and Technical Data" was held in the Engineering Project Department of Hangzhou Comprehensive Service Center for Disabled Persons by Zhang Yi of the Company's Engineering and Technology Department. Zhang Yi combined with her knowledge and experience accumulated in the process of collecting and sorting out the engineering technical data of Hengyu construction project for many years, carefully compiled the lecture notes, which were systematic and detailed. They introduced in detail how to collect, compile and sort out the data from the aspects of construction management, construction technology, construction materials, construction records, construction test and inspection, construction quality acceptance, completion acceptance and so on in the construction stage, special explanations were made on the key points and difficulties in each link, and some of them were demonstrated and interacted with everyone on how to fill in the record form during the inspection and acceptance process, and the construction technical data of some professional subcontracting projects such as pile foundation engineering, prestressed engineering, steel structure engineering, curtain wall engineering, etc.

Finally, Zhang Gong further explained how to file the construction technical data and how to transfer the project completion files. According to the new version of the online electronic document receiving system of Hangzhou Urban Construction Archives, he introduced the specific operation process of online file transfer, so that everyone had a preliminary understanding of how to upload, modify and review the construction technical data at various stages.

Through this study and exchange, each project department has a systematic and comprehensive understanding of how to correctly collect, compile and sort out the engineering and technical data of qualified specifications. To do a good job, one must first be familiar with the construction drawings and design changes, understand the "Code for Filing and Sorting of Construction Engineering Documents", "Unified Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Construction Engineering" and other specifications and notification requirements for relevant engineering data specifications, and collect relevant technical data in a timely manner during construction, and actively intervene in advance to check records and retain image data.

As an important part of project construction, engineering and technical data will play a good role in promoting the project construction of Hengyu Company, especially the standardized management of engineering data.
