Zhang Zhongcan, Deputy Secretary of Hangzhou CPPCC Party Group, Visited Gongshu District for Investigation

On October 13, Zhang Zhongcan, deputy secretary of the CPPCC party group, and his party went to Gongshu District to carry out a comprehensive investigation on the expansion of the CPPCC consultation platform to the grass-roots level, the topic selection of private practical projects by the municipal government in 2021, the installation of elevators in existing houses and the follow-up management. He also visited some CPPCC members, Wu Jing, deputy secretary general of the CPPCC municipal committee and full-time vice chairman of the Jiusan Society Municipal Committee.

In the Bauhinia Home Community, Zhang Zhongcan and his party inspected the installation of elevators in the residence. At present, Gongshu District has a total226 elevators passed the joint review of the elevator addition plan, of which 146 were basically completed, and 84 elevators were insured with elevator "endowment insurance", which effectively improved the happiness of the masses.

Zhang Zhongcan and his entourage went to Zhejiang Kangxi Holding Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Hengyu Construction Co., Ltd., and visited Wang Hu and Shen Guofeng, members of the CPPCC, hoping that they would actively play the leading role of the committee members, lead more people to achieve good results, and make more contributions to the economic and social development of the city.

 Later, Zhang Zhongcan presided over a symposium and listened to Zhu Jianming, secretary of the Gongshu District Party Committee.In 2021, Zhou Zhihui, chairman of the CPPCC District, reported on the extension of the CPPCC consultation platform to the grass-roots level, and exchanged views with the education, civil affairs, health, culture and tourism, housing and construction departments of Gongshu District and some street leaders. The CPPCC members attending the meeting also put forward the corresponding topic selection suggestions around the livelihood practical project.

Zhang Zhongcan fully affirmed the work done by Gongshu District to promote the expansion of the CPPCC consultation platform to the grassroots. He said that grassroots consultation is an important part of socialist consultative democracy. Accelerating the expansion of the CPPCC consultation platform to the grassroots level and strengthening the extension of the CPPCC consultation at the grassroots level can inject grassroots consultation"Special" forces, for the CPPCC consultation access to the grass-roots "local gas", to promote the CPPCC consultation to better serve the grass-roots society and community governance.

Zhang Zhongcan spoke highly of the suggestions put forward by the responsible persons of the relevant departments of Gongshu District and members of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese people's political Consultative Conference on the practical projects of people's livelihood, and asked the relevant departments of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese people's political Consultative Conference to conduct serious research and timely summary and submission. He pointed out that people's livelihood projects are directly related to the well-being of the masses.
