In order to further improve the application depth of BIM information management technology in our company, promote the application of BIM technology in engineering construction, and promote the company's technological innovation to speed up the transformation and upgrading process, on October 18, the company invited Xu Gang, manager of Hangzhou Pinming Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Liu Tangjun, a software expert, to Hengyu Construction for a special training entitled "Hengyu Construction BIM Application Promotion Conference and HiBIM Training Launch Meeting, the training was held in the Engineering Department of Hangzhou Comprehensive Service Center for the Disabled. First of all, Manager Xu introduced the concept, characteristics and the current development of BIM information management technology in China, and introduced the advantages of BIM (Building Information Model) in the construction process management of several major elements of information management, such as construction quality, cost, safety, time and so on, it also gives a brief description of how to apply and cooperate with different stakeholders in the whole process of project design, construction, construction and delivery of BIM, a data management tool, and how to run BIM and how to establish project management information management centered on BIM information management to improve project production efficiency, improve construction quality, shorten construction period and reduce construction cost, at the same time, it analyzes the BIM policies introduced in various places and the impact of BIM application as the mainstream trend of the construction industry on the construction industry in the future, which lays the foundation for the company's fine management.

Then Mr. Liu Tangjun introduced the main contents and key points of V2.0 of BIM Construction Planning Software (official version), focusing on the establishment of three-dimensional models in the software and how to import information into engineering templates, how to use many templates and components in the software to simulate the layout of new projects, and explained in detail the model layout of the projects on site, off site, living area, office area, etc, focus on the earthwork phase of the terrain, walls, roads, structural phase of the tower crane, construction elevator, outer frame, decoration phase of the facade model layout demonstration.

Based on his rich professional knowledge and practical experience, Mr. Liu analyzed the ideas, methods and techniques of model layout, and at the same time demonstrated the construction simulation animation of the arranged model, vividly showing the construction process of earthwork, structure and decoration stage in the construction of the project.
