On October 17, 2018, the "Improving Project Quality and Promoting High-Quality Development" and Qianjiang Cup Quality Project Awards were held in Hangzhou Zhijiang Hotel. D-4# student dormitory of plot 1-B of Xiaoheshan logistics public construction of Zhejiang university of technology constructed by our company won the highest award for project quality in Zhejiang province-the "quality project" award of Qianjiang cup in Zhejiang province construction project in 2018.

D-4# Student Dormitory Project of Block 1-B of Xiaohe Mountain Logistics Public Building of Zhejiang University of Technology is located on the campus of Zhejiang University of Technology at 288 Liuhe Road, Hangzhou, with a total construction area of 9414 ㎡ and a construction height of 23.85m. It is our first fabricated project in China. The project combines BIM technology + EPC mode + assembled components. The project is also included in the 2016 Hangzhou New Building Industrialization Demonstration Project, with a comprehensive assembly rate of 80%, a prefabrication rate of concrete components of 35%, and a high prefabrication assembly rate.

Since the beginning of the construction of the project, it has been clear that the "Qianjiang Cup" quality project is the goal. To this end, the company has set up a work leading group with the leaders in charge as the team leader and relevant functional departments and project leaders as members. It has set up internal control objectives such as quality objectives, safety objectives and progress objectives. BIM technology is used to carry out the whole process control and "escort" high-quality and high-quality projects ". In the end, it lived up to expectations and won the "Qianjiang Cup" quality project.
