2019 Gongshu District Construction Waterproofing Skills Competition and Staff Skills Competition Held Successfully

On the morning of June 28, the launching ceremony of the 2019 Gongshu District Construction Waterproofing Skills Competition and Staff Skills Competition was held ceremoniously at the site of the nine-year consistent school and social parking garage project in the GS0905-A33-08 plot of Xiangfu Unit constructed by our company. The competition was jointly sponsored by Gongshu District Federation of Trade Unions, Gongshu District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Gongshu District Housing and Urban Construction Bureau, and hosted by Gongshu District Construction Association and Gongshu District Housing Bureau, co-organized by Zhejiang Hengyu Construction Co., Ltd. and Liaoning Dayu Waterproof Technology Development Co., Ltd.

Wu Yishian, vice chairman of the Gongshu District Federation of Trade Unions, Lu Meimin, deputy director of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Zhou Hong, deputy director of the District Housing and Urban Construction Bureau, and Yang Qiu, chief of the District Construction Industry Management Section, attended the launching ceremony. The chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions and trade union workers of each street (park) participated in this activity.

The competition is divided into two parts: theoretical examination and operational skills. Both theoretical examination and practical operation of skills are based on a percentile system, in which theoretical examination accounts for 30% of the total score and practical operation of skills accounts for 70% of the total score, ranking according to the comprehensive total score. A total of 43 waterproof professionals selected by 11 outstanding construction enterprises in the district participated in the competition, and each contestant devoted himself to the competition with the exquisite skills accumulated in daily work. This skill competition has the first prize, the second prize, the third prize and the winning prize, and gives the reward. The top three winners will apply for the "senior professional qualification certificate" issued by the Municipal Bureau of human resources and social security, and will be awarded the title of "technical expert in Gongshu District"; the rest of the contestants who have obtained both theoretical and practical qualifications will apply for the "intermediate professional qualification certificate" issued by the Municipal Bureau of human resources and social security; among them, the 4th and 10th winners will be awarded the title of "innovation expert in Gongshu District. In addition, the winners will also be recommend to participate in the municipal waterproof skills competition.

After intense competition and fair judgment by the judges, the first prize was won by Chen Pei Chang of Hangzhou Luban Building Waterproofing Co., Ltd., Lu huihong of Zhejiang Hengyu Construction Co., Ltd. and Liu Yanlian of Hangzhou Erjian Construction Co., Ltd., Ye Shengyang of Chengda Construction Group Co., Ltd., Li Jiajia of Zhejiang Hengyu Construction Co., Ltd. and Li Chuang of Yuanyang Holding Group Co., Ltd.; Zhang Yonggang, Li Hongguo, Mao Junfeng and Huang Haijun won the winning prize.
