Gongshu District's First Prefabricated Concrete Structure Building Industrialization Project Taoyuan Unit R22-06 Plot Class 36 Middle School Project Enters Lifting Construction Stage

On September 03, 2017, the first prefabricated concrete structure construction industrialization project in Gongshu District undertaken by our company, the middle school project of Class 36 in the R22-06 plot of Taoyuan Unit, under the guidance and support of the leaders of the Provincial Construction Administration, the Municipal Construction Commission, the District Housing and Construction Bureau, the Education Bureau and other leaders, has entered the hoisting construction stage in an all-round way, marking that our company has made phased progress in the application of construction industrialization. The noise of steel bar cutting and concrete vibrating on the traditional construction site can no longer be heard on the construction site, and the floating dust and construction waste piled up everywhere can no longer be seen.

The total construction area of this project is 39855m ². EPC general contracting mode and BIM technology are adopted. The main body adopts prefabricated concrete components, with an assembly ratio of 20.65. The structural system adopts reinforced concrete frame structure and industrialized assembly structure.

Since the start of the project in April 2017, in the joint exploration of all parties involved in the construction, combined with our company's experience in the industrialized assembly project of D-4# student dormitory project in plot 1-B of Zhejiang university of technology and mountain logistics public construction project, a series of management standards have been formulated for the hoisting of prefabricated concrete structures in taoyuan middle school through the application of BIM technology, the use of three-dimensional models, animation demonstration, deepening design and other methods.
