Special training: concrete structure engineering construction quality acceptance special training

In order to make the company's project construction management personnel systematically master the key technical points of concrete structure engineering construction, strengthen the quality control of the construction process, realize the standardization of the quality behavior of construction enterprises, effectively control the common problems of concrete structure engineering, ensure the quality and safety of construction engineering, and effectively improve the technical quality management level of construction personnel, on August 23 and September 6, the company organized a special training on "Code for Acceptance of Construction quality of Concrete structure Engineering" mainly attended by more than 60 people, including the Engineering Technology Department, project leaders, technical leaders, constructors and documenters, in the Engineering Project Department of Hangzhou Comprehensive Service Center for disabled people.

The training was delivered by Deputy General Manager He Haomin. General Manager Li Hongqi, Deputy General Manager Shi Zhong, Chief Worker Lin Chunhai and Deputy Chief Worker Yu Hongyan also participated in the training.

The version of this specification study is the (GB50204-2015) new specification released on December 31, 2014. He Zong first gave a brief introduction to the new specification: the new specification is divided into 10 chapters and 6 appendices. The main contents are: general provisions, terminology, basic regulations, formwork sub-project, steel bar sub-project, prestressed sub-project, concrete sub-project, cast-in-situ structure sub-project, fabricated structure sub-project and concrete structure sub-project. The main context is not much different from the previous edition [Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Concrete Structures GB50204-2002(2011 Edition)]. Secondly, it introduces the main revision part compared with the GB50204 -2002(2011 edition), and combs the improvement, addition and deletion parts.

Then it focuses on the revision of the new specification from the above 10 chapters, expounds the various provisions of the new specification, and gives a detailed explanation of the key provisions. Generally speaking, the new specification is more scientific and reasonable than the old specification. In the interpretation of the new specification, He Zong analyzed the actual situation encountered in construction quality control according to his rich construction knowledge and practical experience accumulated over the years, and deepened his understanding of the specification through some data analysis.
