QC Quality Management Team Activity Lecture

September 2017 is the 40th "Quality Month" in the country. In order to thoroughly implement the "Quality Development Outline (2011-2010)", promote social quality co-governance, and promote the document spirit of building a quality power, at the same time, in order to strengthen the company's overall quality Management, improve the business theory knowledge of QC team members, enhance the activity capabilities of each team, improve the overall level of the company's QC team, and effectively improve the construction quality and management efficiency of the project, on September 13, the company invited Ye Jiali, a teacher from Zhejiang Construction Association, to give a lecture entitled "Knowledge of Quality Management Group Activities". The lecture was held in the Engineering Department of Hangzhou Comprehensive Service Center for Disabled People, company leaders Shen Guofeng, Li Hongqi, Lei Chunyan, Shi Zhong, He Haomin, Chief Engineer Lin Chunhai, Deputy Chief Engineer Yu Hongyan, heads of all departments of the company, all personnel of the engineering and technology department, managers of all project departments, technical leaders, constructors and documenters attended the lecture.

First of all, Chief engineer Lin Chunhai introduced the development of QC group activities and existing problems of Hengyu Company, and stressed the necessity and importance of organizing this lecture.

Then, combining with her rich theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of construction engineering quality management for many years, Mr. Ye Jiali explained how to carry out QC group activities in simple terms from four aspects: the overview of QC group activities of engineering construction quality management, the basic procedures of QC group activities, the basic knowledge of statistical technology, and how to write the achievement report. Mr. Ye used a large number of forms, icons, diagrams, examples and other forms in the explanation process, the system focuses on the explanation of the activity procedures of the problem-solving QC group and the innovative topic QC group, which is more vivid and easy to understand, and analyzes the common problems of QC group activities in these two types of topics, and how to formulate countermeasures and measures to carry out implementation in combination with the actual situation.

In the class, Mr. Ye commented on the topic selection one by one in combination with the QC group topic of Hengyu Company's project, pointed out the problems existing in the topic, and told everyone how to select the topic, how to conduct on-site investigation, how to set the goal and analyze the feasibility of the goal, how to analyze the reasons, how to formulate countermeasures and implement the countermeasures, and then check the effect and formulate consolidation measures, how to summarize and plan for the next step. And interacted with the actual problems encountered by the students in the QC group activities. The students spoke enthusiastically, and Teacher Ye answered them one by one. The whole classroom atmosphere was active.

Finally, Mr. Ye put forward some very practical suggestions on how to carry out QC group activities, telling everyone that QC activities should not be limited to focusing on some big topics, but should focus on some points and some aspects. The activities carried out by the selected topics should be able to effectively solve the construction quality problems on the project, effectively improve the management efficiency on the project, grasp the highlights of their own projects and make good use of the tools at hand, do a good job in the implementation of the diary, keep a good account to compile good data, in the actual construction to be good at finding problems and solving problems, so that the QC team's activities will be effective, in order to achieve results in the district, city and provincial level competitions to win awards. The company should also actively support QC group activities. Some competition activities can be carried out on the company's internal projects to encourage the release of QC group results and awards.

Teacher Ye's lecture benefited all the students present. They not only learned more systematic and comprehensive knowledge of QC group activities, understood the guidelines of quality management group activities, but also had a clear direction and ideas on how to carry out group activities, which played a good role in promoting the future project to carry out QC group activities and would make the company have more results of QC group activities in the future, for the project to create the West Lake Cup, Qianjiang Cup, structural quality and other awards to lay the foundation.
