Special training: Construction Quality Evaluation Standard of Building Engineering

In order to enable the company's project construction management personnel to systematically understand the national standard of "Construction Quality Evaluation Standard for Construction Engineering" (GB/T50375-2016), master the "excellent" grade engineering standard for evaluating construction quality, promote the improvement of construction quality management and quality level, and create more excellent projects. On October 11, the company organized a special training on "Construction Quality Evaluation Standard for Construction Engineering" (GB/T50375-2016), which was mainly attended by more than 50 people, including engineering technology department, project leaders, technical leaders, constructors, installation teams and documenters, in the engineering project department of Hangzhou disabled people's comprehensive service center.

The training was delivered by Deputy General Manager He Haomin. Deputy General Manager Shi Zhong, Chief Worker Lin Chunhai and Deputy Chief Worker Yu Hongyan of the company also participated in the training.

He first made a brief introduction to the new standard, listed the revised changes of the new standard and the old standard, and then interpreted the 10 chapters of the new standard one by one, I tell you that the "Construction Quality Evaluation Standard for Construction Engineering" (GB/T50375-2016) is mainly evaluated from six parts: foundation and foundation engineering, main structure engineering, roof engineering, decoration engineering, installation engineering and building energy conservation engineering, and each evaluation part is implemented from four evaluation items: performance inspection, quality record, allowable deviation and appearance quality according to the characteristics of engineering quality. Focus on the foundation and foundation engineering quality evaluation, the main structure engineering quality evaluation, construction quality comprehensive evaluation of these chapters made a detailed explanation, and combined with their own years in the construction quality management of the actual management experience for example analysis, to help everyone understand.

Through the training, everyone has a basic understanding of the "Construction Quality Evaluation Standard of Construction Engineering", understands what kind of project can become a good project, and clarifies how to control the quality management according to the standards in the construction of foundation and foundation engineering, main structure engineering, roof engineering, decoration engineering, installation engineering and building energy-saving engineering, and how to master the key nodes and key parts of construction, do a good job in every detail of the construction, so as to improve the quality level of engineering construction.
